Azerbaijan prepared a "Restoration Guide" of monuments located in Shusha city, said the head of the State Service for Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage Azad Jafarli at a press conference on the activities of the organization in 2021 and plans for 2022.
The document includes information and recommendations on several key areas such as the consequences of the Armenian occupation and the destruction, monitoring of monuments, restoration and regeneration of monuments, the restoration process, identification and localization of monuments, typology and characteristics of buildings.
